Kona Vacation Homes occupancy is based on an assumed six persons. For each additional person there is a small charge of $20.00 per night. Children are welcome at Kona Vacation Homes. Children under one year of age are excluded.

For weekly, two week and four week rates at Kona Vacation Homes, the appropriate discount rates applies to this additional charge.

Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. (effective since July 1, 2010). Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

A three-night deposit must be received within two weeks of making a Kona Vacation Homes reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival or reservation will be subject to cancellation.

If a Kona Vacation Homes reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, payment is required at the time the Kona Vacation Homes reservation is made. Cancellations made prior to 60 days are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
